Terravest’s reputation is not to be a builder that builds repetitive home designs but rather one of a kind custom plans regardless of the budget. It is not uncommon to find a dumb waiter, a hidden room, a water fall or movie theater incorporated into a Terravest Project. Terravest has contractor licensing in multiple cities and counties surrounding Lawrence Kansas and Douglas County. We enjoy the opportunity to build in both rural and city locations.
